Lets think about this for a second, if they have destroyed their identification papers were will they send them back to.... I am sorry to say this policy has a hole in it big enough to drive a semi trailer through.
If you don't know who or what nationality they are, we are right back were we began, keeping them in detention just the same as the government is doing.
Giving the minister the power to intervene in any or all asylum cases is no different than what can happen at present.
Lets be a little bit innovative, why can't both parties sit down and try to come up with a common sense approach and make it a joint policy.
