Barnett standing firm on WA hospitals

West Australian Premier Colin Barnett says if new Prime Minister Julia Gillard takes a harder line on hospitals reform his government will still not hand over its GST.
But more than $350 million of health funding could be withheld from the WA government if it remains deadlocked over Canberra's health reform plan.
But she told The Australian newspaper on Monday that while $306 million would be invested in WA's health system, an additional $352 million would be contingent on the WA government signing up to the reforms.
