THE MOST SECRET SERVICE WORKS FOR OVERLAND AND RYAN IN VICTORIA SOMETHING SMELLS AND IT'S NOT ROTTING FISH!

Premier Ted Baillieu must come out and say why or if he was involved.


If it is because of Simon Overland's attitude that he is above government and the people, Baillieu should say so, because "Victoria Police and the police portfolio are in chaos". 

Police minister Mr Ryan has seriously mishandled this issue by blindly allowing Overland to miss use his powers and that's undermining the community's confidence in Victoria Police."
