She now has allowed people to let with their feelings about the past loose in public. Once and for all we have heard their true feelings come to the surface.
Whatever the rights and wrongs of the past, it is the past and it appears most members have accepted it, it is now over.
The support shown in the ballot for Julia Gillard shows that the party has a very different view of Kevin Rudd than the public. It is apparent that to most members he was very difficult to work with.
Will we now see the real Julia, a reinvigorated Prime Minister with the strong backing of her party.
Should Tony Abbott think that this is a win for him?
No, in fact he should begin to realise that this is not the same Julia, if he has any brains he will realise that he has to show himself as an alternative, with policies.... his vocabulary must be expanded beyond NO!!
