Aussie woman gets worker's comp for sex injury
An Australian woman who injured herself while having sex on a business trip is entitled to worker's compensation, a court has ruled.
The government worker was hurt by a glass light fixture in her hotel room while engaged in a bit of nookie on a 2007 busines trip, according to reports.
Her barrister succesfully argued in federal court that sex was an "an ordinary incident of life" just like sleeping and showering, adding that she was injured during her "course of employment".
The judge ruled in her favour: "If the applicant had been injured while playing a game of cards in her motel room she would be entitled to compensation." So having sex is no different?
ROLL AROUND HEAVEN ALL DAY.
