Town of Dull to twin with Boring

Residents of a small Scottish community called Dull are aiming to form an interesting partnership with the town of Boring in America.

The two places have agreed to a declaration of sisterhood.

Steve Bates is a Boring planning officer, that's a planning officer from Boring in Oregon, and said that people there are in favour.

"Everybody is laughing, we're having a good time with it," he said.
