THE END IS NIGH, INDEED IT IS!
By mid-afternoon on the final day of the worst Ashes series came the snap of Carberry's bat, it simply snapped in two.
Just like the English team it was utterly broken, in fact this team had developed all the minor cracks associated with a complete fracture over previous weeks.
No amount therapy or massages could revive this bat or indeed the hole team, they were destined to be beaten around the ears and other various parts of the body. Therefore the result, both the bat and the team were broken beyond repair.
There was nothing left, they couldn't break down in tears and scream for mercy in pubic, all they could do was grin and bare what was to come.
Complete humiliation.
