Abbott's 'absolutely crystal clear' claim shattered. Can he ever be trusted?

Cleaners treated to Abbott lies, him and Abetz are sticking the boot into the lowest paid workers once again.

Prime Minister Tony Abbott and Employment Minister Eric Abetz said this would not happen.

The annual wages of cleaners who work at the department's buildings in Canberra will this year be reduced by thousands of dollars.

"I want to make it absolutely crystal clear that no cleaner's pay is reduced," Mr Abbott said in question time last June.
